You mean a single, solitary chapter…?
Heh.
Yeah, no. I can’t answer that. life, by default, is frickin hard and confusing. All the chapters are hard in some way. But, i’m still here, so… (shrug)
What gets me through? Music. Silence. Writing. Sunshine. Gratitude. Stubbornness. Ignorance.

What villain actually had a good point?
Um…. Are we talking movie villains or real ones?
For movies, most of them have something. Relatable (though extreme) origin story, a good point about society, a weakness that makes them human. It’s character development. Even villains are romanticized in media.
Real life though? That depends on a whole bunch of things. Genocidal maniacs? Not so much. A person who takes extreme and or lethal action for their own safety? Yeah, see the last four words of the last sentence. that’s a pretty damn good point, though that person will be a villain in some stories, a hero in others.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
This would be a short-term thing, 3 years or so, maybe 5.
I would live in the house where i was living when the trajectory of my life went radically off course. I would live there long enough to show that brave, terrified, beautiful girl that lives in my memory that we did it. we found peace again.

Is a little chaos actually good for us?
Yes. Chaos is a fundamental requirement of life.
And once you really sit with that and let it settle into your mind, life becomes more fun. It turns into a game between you, life, and the chaos gremlins. 😝

What’s something you used to believe as a kid that seems ridiculous now?
Ah… how about Santa? Or the tooth fairy? Easter bunny, anyone? I’m sure the question was referring to something a bit more serious, but these are glaring. Lol
Past that, I’m not sure. Other than a magical happy fat man, a fairy with a fetish, and a giant sugar-obsessed rabbit, i can’t think of anything ridiculous, per se. Just uninformed.

I have decided to retire purple as my favorite color. To be clear, this has no impact on my favorite hair color. Manic Panic Plum Crazy Purple is, was, and forever will be my favorite hair color. it looks fabulous on me!
But, i digress. Purple, as a color, is beautiful. it can be subtle or bold, delicate or fierce. it’s so versatile!
But that’s not actually my favorite color. Purple, especially the shade i prefer, is based on my favorite color, which is royal blue. The kind that looks clear and crisp yet also beckons you into its depths. That blue that grabs your mind for a moment and everything stops. well, that last part is probably just a me thing, but still. that is my favorite color.
purple still takes a firm second place. or a child-favorite if you will. 😆
so, yeah. just announcing my new (old) favorite color. and i don’t care that it’s a “boy” color, Mom! lol
