Why do you wake up when someone is staring at you when you are sleeping? How does your body know??

Sometimes, you just have to not answer that email, text, phone call… it will be better for your sanity and peace of mind to not stress about it. Whatever the “it” is will be there later or tomorrow.

I love that I can switch gears easily when it comes to certain things, but sometimes it is a massive pain in the ass to get back into the groove of what I was doing when I had to switch.

I like happy accidents or fortunate misfortune. They can be fun!

Not the doctor…

I need a tattoo. I miss the experience…. the sound of the machine, the smell of green soap, the exquisite pain involved in the creation of a permanent piece of art on your body…. mmm… pure bliss!

If natural selection was actually a thing for humans, I would have been deselected long ago. I am blind as a bat without my glasses!

Why do my dogs prefer to drink water from puddles or random things outside as opposed to the fresh, clean water I just filled their water bowl with this morning??

Do birds and other animals have desires past the primal needs of food, shelter and procreation, or is the idea of “want” – and therefore, excess – purely a human thing?

Some people just give awesome hugs. Is that a teachable skill? If so, people should take classes and strive to be a world class hug-giver.
